2K has confirmed that owners of Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and the Minerva’s Den DLC on PC will receive the remastered versions for free.

Bioshock: The Collection was officially announced yesterday for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and includes remastered versions of Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, and all single-player DLC, plus a never-before-seen video series, ?Director?s Commentary: Imagining BioShock,? which includes insights from Ken Levine.

2K noted that Bioshock Infinite will not be remastered on PC because “it already meets current-gen console standards and runs smoothly on high visual settings.”

Bioshock: The Collection launches September 13th in North America and September 16th internationally for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
