BioWare Asking for Fans Help With Dragon Age 3
Posted on May 17, 2012 AT 07:28am

BioWare has obviously learned its lesson with the Mass Effect 3 ending controversy, and is now asking fans for help with shaping Dragon Age 3.
Executive Producer Mark Darrah asked fans on the BioWare Blog: ”What does Dragon Age mean to you, and where would you like to see it go? We’re excited to hear what you have to say.” The team announced that each month they will hold an open discussion on their blog based on one aspect of the game. A snippet from the post:
“Beginning today, we’ll do a series of questions and discussions around Dragon Age. Consider this a conversation between fans, the community team, and the developers. Everyone at BioWare is incredibly excited about the future of the franchise but we’re interested in what you have to say. Every month, we will discuss a topic or question about Dragon Age and game development. You will have one week to post your thoughts, desires, and hopes before we close the thread for review. Moderators and developers will pop into the thread to chat every now and again, so keep an eye out.”
It doesn’t matter how much access BioWare gives the fans or how many comments it takes on board, someone will be angry at Dragon Age 3. Hate is impossible to avoid when your in control of a major franchise. However, as long as it offers a good story most fans should be pleased. Although we’d like to see them avoid the horrible enclosed game world this time around in favor of a more open map, similar to the first game.
How would you like to see Dragon age improved? Share your thoughts below.
