BioWare Comments on Mass Effect 3 Leak

THE BUZZ: Some major Mass Effect 3 plot details were revealed over the weekend after a beta version of the game leaked to a select few people taking part in the Xbox 360 dashboard preview. BioWare has now come out and commented on the leak.

The developer has warned gamers to stay away from any plot spoilers that may have been leaked: ”We are still investigating, but it appears that some internal story files have been leaked,” said Jesse Houston, Producer on Mass Effect 3. ”Even though the information in those files is out of date and does not reflect the final story experience, we urge fans not to read them if they want to experience the purest form of the story in Mass Effect 3.”

EGM’s TAKE: Why would any real fan want to spoil any of the story at this point? Especially with information that could change five times before the final release.
