BioWare has ‘discussed’ bringing the Mass Effect Trilogy to Xbox One and PS4

Posted on March 3, 2014 AT 02:54am

BioWare has internally discussed the possibility of bringing a remastered version of the Mass Effect Trilogy to Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The Mass Effect Trilogy contains Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, and various pieces of DLC (depending on platform). The collection released on Xbox 360 and PC back in November 2012, followed by a PlayStation 3 release in December 2012.

In response to a tweet, BioWare Edmonton and Montreal general manager Aaryn Flynn revealed that the team had discussed the possibility of bringing the games to Xbox One and PS4, but still doesn’t have any solid plans in place.

Back in December last year, Flynn stated that the next entry in the series was in a playable state.
