A new video for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag shows how the various studios working on the project around the world come together to create one cohesive experience.

“We have seven studios working in collaboration on Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag,” production manager Ambre Lizurey says in the video. “It’s not Montreal versus Singapore versus any other studio—it’s us working on the same game.”

Creative director Jean Guesdon and game director Ashraf Ismail—as well as several other developers—also chime in throughout the video, touching upon what it’s like to have studious spread across the globe working on one game.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag sets sail on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U October 29 in North America, November 1 in Europe. The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions are expected to launch about the same time.
