Black Ops 2 Named on Official Call of Duty Site

THE BUZZ: Activision has spelled out the name of the next Call of Duty on the game’s official website, via Morse Code.

CallofDuty.com currently has a small loading circle that appears before the site displays any info. The dots and slashes (pictured below) spell out Black Ops Two.

An official reveal for the game is set to take play later today during the Basketball playoffs on TNT.

EGM’s TAKE: Unless Activision is trolling us, then it appears that Black Ops 2 will be the name of the next Call of Duty. It’s not really a surprise, there have been too many rumors pointing to the name. However, they could just be confirming that it is a sequel to Black Ops, the game may still carry this Eclipse subtitle that has cropped up in a couple of places. All will be revealed later today.
