Blake Griffin Lays Down The “Boom Shakalaka” In NBA Jam Video

Posted on May 25, 2012 AT 02:30pm

Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers might have been eliminated from the NBA 2012 Playoffs by the invincible Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs in a clean sweep, but at least he’s now immortalized in true NBA Jam fashion.

Crafted by the video team over at SB Nation, this highlight reel of monster dunks shows you what the 2011 NBA Rookie of the Year looks like when he’s heating up and smacking down fire on the rims. After a few more years, you can probably expect to see him doing 1080-degree spins in mid-air and shattering backboards.

It’s too bad that the Clippers’ impressive run is over this season, but hopefully SB Nation is cooking up more reels like this.
