Blizzard has detailed the upcoming changes that will be made to Hearthstone in the soon to be released closed beta patch.
The patch will make a slight change to daily quests, allowing users to choose between two classes when offered class specific quests. Several cards will also be tweaked, Rogues will have their key spells and minions adjusted to be more in line with other classes, and Priests and Warriors will get some improved cards and new tools.
Next up are some new animations for Golden cards and the ability to unlock Golden basic cards at higher experience levels. The major changes are coming to Play mode and Arena. After the patch players will be awarded 10 gold for each three wins in play mode, and players will receive less dust and more gold for five and six wins in Arena. An extra pack or a Golden card is also guaranteed at nine wins.
Finally players will be able to level their heroes up to 60 instead of the current max of 50. This patch will be accompanied by a beta wipe.
