The Starter Edition allows players to play until the Skeleton King boss at the end of Act 1 and reach level 13 without having to splash any cash. To access it all you have to do is create a new Battle.net account and the game will be added automatically. For existing members simply sign into your account and sign up to the Starter Edition via the “Your Game Accounts” section.
