Borderlands 2 launched for PlayStation Vita as part of a new bundle earlier this week, and if you managed to pick one up you may have noticed that there’s no cross-save functionality.
The handheld version promises cross-save functionality with PlayStation 3, but until a patch is released for the game this won’t be the case,” according to a customer service rep on the Gearbox forums. “A patch will be coming out shortly for the PlayStation 3 version of the game,” he wrote.
The representative didn’t give a date for the patch, but presumably it will go live alongside the game’s official Vita launch on May 13.
