An updated version of Bravely Default Flying Fairy is coming to Japan this December, as revealed in the most recent issue of Weekly Jump magazine.

According to Weekly Jump, Bravely Default: For the Sequel is an “evolution” of the original game, introducing new storyline content, new difficulty levels, an auto-battle mode, and the ability to ramp up combat speed by up to four times. Save data from the original Bravely Default will be usable in For the Sequel.

Bravely Default: For the Sequel launches in Japan December 5 for 3DS. The original Bravely Default is coming to North America in 2014.
