Xbox.com and Xbox Live are reportedly experiencing unscheduled outages due to unexplained technical issues.

It’s not a widespread outage, but a few users have reported being kicked off of Xbox Live and are unable to sign back in. Eric Neustadter, Director of Architecture for Xbox Live Operations wrote on Twitter:

“Xbox.com is having issues at the moment, it’s being worked on – sorry for the hassle, folks.”

EGM’s TAKE: This doesn’t appear to be a major issue so it shouldn’t cause too many problems for users, just don’t panic if you get kicked off Xbox Live over the next few hours. We will follow this story and update as new information becomes available.
