Update: Bungie has addressed the recently discovered bug in Destiny 2 that’s been dropping players into the Dreadnaught, an iconic ship from the first Destiny. The glitch was making the rounds on the Destiny subreddit, leading players to believe the ship would be a new destination in the shooter. According to the developer, though, “this is a bug” and not a secret nod to the return of Oryx’s ship.

However, Guardians have uncovered a hint that yet another destination from the first game will be making a comeback. In a new thread on the Destiny subreddit, user ImaginaryEscapism shared audio files featuring dialogue from Amanda Holliday that teases the Russian Cosmodrome. The leaked files are tied to the Festival of the Lost’s upcoming Master Ives quest, which suggests that players will return to the Destiny area during the current Halloween event.

Of course, similar to the Oryx glitch, there’s a possibility these audio files are not an indication that Guardians will return to the Russian Cosmodrome. Players will just have to wait for official word from Bungie or the release of the Master Ives quest, which is set to launch on Tuesday, October 30th.

Original Story: For perhaps the first time in Destiny 2‘s history, players have found a new bug that is actually welcome.

According to a recent thread on the Destiny subreddit, players have recently discovered a glitch that suggests The Taken King‘s Dreadnaught will return in Destiny 2. For players familiar with the Destiny expansion, this was the massive ship that Oryx piloted.

As shared on Twitter by user AlanaNahNah, the bug drops players into the Dreadnaught during landing for a few moments before crashing. The music that played when Guardians entered the ship in the first game can also be heard.

This strange bug, as well as the ending of the Forsaken campaign, go hand in hand as major hints that one of the upcoming areas planned for the new DLC will be the Hive god’s ship. After players completed the latest expansion, it was revealed that the Dreadnaught was still in the solar system, but it seemed like more of a nod to the events of The Taken King than an actual tease of a new destination. With the newly discovered landing area and music tied to Oryx’s ship, though, it’s looking like it could actually become an area to explore.

Of course, despite the strong evidence pointing to the Dreadnaught’s return, Bungie hasn’t confirmed it will happen. However, the next expansion included in the new Annual Pass—Black Armory—is set to launch in December. It’s possible the ship could be planned for it, so players should wait for information soon.

For now, players that haven’t jumped into Forsaken have a good reason to try it out. Recently, Bungie announced that all purchases of the latest DLC will come with the first two expansionsCurse of Osiris and Warmind—for free. Since completing both stories is required to get access to Forsaken, this is an excellent deal for those that have been holding off on playing the game’s extended universe material.

Destiny 2 is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
