Eric Osborne, Bungie senior writer, has revealed that the team would really like to bring its next game, Destiny, to PCs.
So far the online first-person shooter has only been confirmed for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4, leaving many PC owners feeling left out in the cold. When asked about the possibility of a PC version by IGN he replied, “We haven’t said yes, and we haven’t said no.
“The more platforms we take on, the more work it ultimately becomes, and what we don’t want is to compromise the core experience on any platforms. We have a lot of people who play on PCs. We have a lot of appetite to build that experience. We haven’t announced it yet, but we’re looking forward to talking more about that kind of stuff in the future.”
It seems as if a PC version may be on the cards, but only after development is completed on the four other versions. So don’t give up hope just yet PC fans. Publisher Activision has previously stated that Destiny won’t see a release in 2013.
