Treyarch has revealed the minimum specs required to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on your PC, and it looks as if XP users are going to have to shell out for an upgrade.
The developer claims that it has “tested extensively on a variety of hardware and we are very confident in the performance even at the minimum specs.” The specs are below:
- OS: Windows Vista SP2 or Windows 7
- CPU: Intel Core2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHz or AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHz
- Memory: 2GB for 32-bit OS or 4GB for 64-bit OS
- Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512 MB or ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 MB
If you’re still running Windows XP on your system–I’m not sure why you would be–then it’s time for an OS upgrade if you plan on playing Black Ops 2.
Can your system handle it?
