THE BUZZ: Activision has released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Elite, giving you some reasons as to why you should be a member.

EGM’s TAKE: Lt. Colonel Rob Riggle really likes Call of Duty: Elite doesn’t he? The guy practically lives by, as he describes, the reasons why it allows you to “kick more ass.” From the ability to access heat seeking maps to the available weapon demos, it has everything the hardcore Call of Duty fan could ever need to improve their game. But let’s face it, the major reason for being an Elite subscriber is the ability to access new DLC releases before anyone else … if you’re on Xbox 360. The first two maps Piazza and Liberation will be available to Xbox 360 Elite subscribers from today, January 24. Non-subscribers, PS3 and PC owners will have to wait until an unannounced date to get their hands on the DLC. As a word of advice, don’t use Call of Duty: Elite to “break up with your fiance,” or “disappoint your mom.”
