An update now live for Call of Duty: Ghosts adds new playlist “Heavy Duty,” weapon balances, and a few other minor fixes, according to a post on the game’s official forums.
The Heavy Duty playlist, in which players gain extra health, rotates between Team Deathmatch, Blitz, and Domination modes. The update also makes it so that 5 squad points are available to soldiers at the initial five levels of progression, adds new load outs to Infected mode, reduces the flinch benefit granted by the Focus perk for sniper rifles and adjusts the ADS speed reductions, fixes the unlimited perks and invisible exploits, and makes it so that Field Orders add 100 experience points upon pickup.
Infinity Ward recently released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts that breaks down the upcoming season pass content, which includes four DLC packs that add new maps and and episodic entries for a new Extinction campaign. According to “inside sources” close to ProductReviews.net, the first pack, Onslaught, is set to drop January 28.
