Call of Duty Subscription Based Service Details (Video)

When you boot up Modern Warfare 3 or any Call of Duty title after it you might have to put down a bit of money to get access to everything.
The Wall Street Journal has revealed the first details about Call of Duty: Elite, which “will work with the next major edition of the game, “Call of Duty:
Modern Warfare 3,” and future installments of the hyper-realistic
combat-simulation game.”
The article states that Call of Duty players will have to pay a monthly fee to use the service however Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling states “COD ELITE is free, for all players, some paid aspects TBD. Absolutely
NO fee to play #MW3 multiplayer. Detailed reveal coming tomorrow AM.”
It is yet to be announced as to what services will be paid for when it is released WSJ said to “expect the cost to be less than fees for comparable
online-entertainment services, such as a $7.99-a-month Netflix Inc.
movie subscription.”
