The championship for the Call of Duty World League is upon us, and publisher Activision has detailed everything we need to know about the event.
The information was released via an infographic, featuring specifics on the championship event, as well as a breakdown of the past season, player backstories, and more. The World League Championship starts today, August 9th, in Orlando, Florida, and runs until August 13th.
The event will go down at Orlando’s Amway Center, with tickets being sold online for fans wanting to see the world’s top Infinite Warfare players fight over their share of the $1.5 million prize, out of the season’s $4 million total pool. If you can’t make the event, check it out online through the official MLG website.
Next year, top players will be facing off in Call of Duty: WWII‘s multiplayer. A variety of new features were recently confirmed for WWII‘s multiplayer, including dedicated ranked playlists, an emblem editor, and more.
