Capcom Gives You The Chance to Create, Submit In-Game Images For Remember Me

Capcom’s upcoming adventure Remember Me puts players into the futuristic world of 2084 Neo-Paris—and to help fill out that world, the company is offering fans the chance to have their creations featured among the city’s landscape.
For the first of these two competitions, Capcom is challenging people to come up with billboard advertisements based around five key products: An alcoholic drink, a fast food brand, a sport/sports event, a dating service, and a children’s toy company. The fun part? You get to come up with the exact brand or product that your advertisement would be featuring under those five categories (based, of course, around a set of requirements from Capcom).
I have to say, I think this is a pretty cool competition. It offers up a lot of possibility for creativity, and it’d be neat seeing a brand you’ve come up with advertised on a billboard in the game. If you want to try your hand at the Ads in 2084 Competition, you’ve got until November 5th to do so.
The second “initiative” for Remember Me is also kind of interesting. Running until November 29th, Capcom is also asking people to submit “images of their most cherished memories, along with a short description of why this moment was so important to you.” Then, images chosen from those that are submitted will randomly be incorporated into the Memory Overload sequences that occur after one of Nilin’s signature attacks.
Just, you know—if you’re going to submit a photo of a “cherished memory”, please make sure you were properly dressed at the time.
If you’d like to learn more about either of these initiatives that Capcom is running, head over to the official Remember Me Facebook page via the link below.
