When Capcom announced they had cut their predicted profits for 2012 by over 50%, the company also revealed that “work in progress” games were being “strictly re-evaluated for business restricting.”

Translation? Cancelations.

According to a Q&A summary of a conference call in regards to those fiscal forecast revisions, however, none of the titles being canceled are on our radar at the moment.

“There were a few titles scheduled for the current fiscal year, but most of the cancelations were for releases planned in the fiscal year ending March 2015 and subsequent fiscal years,” reads the summary. “No titles that had already been announced were canceled.”

So for those of you as scurried as I was that in a cruel twist of fate, Remember Me might end up on the chopping block, seems like you can let out a sigh of relief.
