Zen Studios’ 2.5D “physics destruction mixed with tower defense” brawler CastleStorm will be available on PSN for PS3 and Vita early November, the developer announced today.

CastleStorm originally debuted on Xbox Live Arcade earlier this year, on May 29. Gameplay revolves around Knights versus Vikings with real-time strategy involving tower construction (and subsequent destruction) and the defense of said tower. CastleStorm boasts a story-driven solo campaign, a custom castle editor, online multiplayer, and co-op modes. The co-op modes include a wave survival and “Last Stand,” in which players control a hero character and battle hordes of enemies hand-to-hand.

The soundtrack for CastleStorm was composed by Waterflame, who was responsible for the music in Castle Crashers.

CastleStorm launches on PS3 and PS Vita (cross-buy supported) on November 5, priced at $9.99.
