Last week, during a Nintendo press event, Gaijin Games announced Mario voice actor Charles Martinet would be narrating Bit.Trip Presents… Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien.
The story goes, when Martinet went in to record his lines, he delivered a few in first-person. The idea stuck, and Martinet went from playing a specific character to narrating the game.
Considering how much the Bit.Trip franchise celebrates classic, 8-bit gaming goodness, the addition of Martinet seems more than a little appropriate.
