Paradox Interactive has announced that the next expansion for Colossal Order’s Cities: Skylines, Green Cities, will be available from October 19th for $12.99.

The expansion introduces 350 new assets to the game, including new visual options, eco-friendly buildings, organic stores, electric vehicles, and new services. As well as this, players will gain access to new specialized options for all city zones, leveled-up specializations, new scenarios, new policy options, and a flower-crown hat for Chirper.

Alongside announcing the release date, the publisher also offered up a new trailer for the expansion that you can watch below:

For those who don’t plan on picking up the expansion, a free update will be released for all players on the same day that introduces electric cars, road modding, changes to noise pollution, and more beautification options for cities.

Cities: Skylines is available now on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Cities in Cities: Skylines will soon become more sustainable with the release of the Green Cities expansion.
