Code Vein

Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer for Code Vein that introduces us to the first boss in the game.

The boss in question is Oliver Collins. Based on the trailer, players will be aided by Collins until he somehow becomes one of the Lost and attacks. The trailer ends with a tease of a transformation.

The game puts players in the role of a Revenant, a hidden society of people who have been blessed with gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. The Revenants can drain blood from enemies to gain increased strength, but giving into the bloodlust fully will result in them becoming one of the Lost, as seen above.

Code Vein launches September 27th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
