Combichrist, Noisia Composing DmC: Devil May Cry Soundtrack

With the upcoming DmC: Devil May Cry reboot going more “punk” than “gothic” in tone, Capcom is enlisting the proper musical talent. As announced today, the developer is hiring the services of bands “Noisia” and “Combichrist” to work on the DMC soundtrack, and the later band would scare the Hell out of your parents.
Noisia’s three-man group hails from the Netherlands, where they own three different records labels for their three styles of music: drum and bass, electronica, and breakbeat/house.
Noisia’s musical chops have been put to task on various other video games as well, including Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition, the Wipeout series, and MotorStorm: Apocalypse. Individual tracks from their discography have also been featured in Dance Dance Revolution Universe 2, DJ Hero, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, and the “Stranded” trailer for Far Cry 3.
Combichrist, a famous Georgia-based “aggrotech” band who all look like enemies you’d actually fight in a Devil May Cry game, are contributing music specifically for the combat and fighting segments. If you don’t happen to remember, their music has already been featured prominently in the official U.S. trailer, just to give you a taste.
