THE BUZZ: As of today, December 1, the closed beta for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is live.

Valve delayed the beta to implement changes being made from professional player feedback. If you have a key to the beta you can download it now. If not you’ll have to wait for the game’s release to the masses early next year.

EGM’s TAKE: Those of you lucky enough to have a key should get going and enjoy the most highly anticipated PC FPS of 2012 right now.
