THE BUZZ: Valve has announced that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will release this summer.
The game is being developed for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, making it the first game in the series to release on all three platforms. It is believed that the game will launch with seven maps: Dust, Dust2, Aztec, Nuke, Inferno, Italy and Office.
EGM’s TAKE: It seems like we’ve been waiting forever for Global Offensive. Valve has remained rather quiet about the title over the last couple months, but hopefully they will be a little more free with information once the game hits open beta.
