The PlayStation Vita version of Borderlands 2 will have its cross-save functionality with PlayStation 3 activated via a patch tomorrow, according to Gearbox president Randy Pitchford.
Originally Pitchford said that cross-save functionality would be activated on Friday, but, according to him, this new date is “more reliable/credible today than last time.”
Borderlands 2 officially launched on PlayStation Vita on May 13, but was available one week earlier as part of a new Vita bundle.
Gearbox is currently collaborating with 2K Australia on Borderlands: The Prequel for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
@The_Renegade12 I was told today that it will come on Tuesday. The news felt more reliable/credible today than last time, FWIW.
