Ryse

As we all expected, Crytek has announced that its Kinect game Ryse will be an Xbox One exclusive.

An update on the developer’s website confirms the news alongside a countdown which ends during Microsoft’s E3 press conference. “Exclusively for Xbox One,” reads the website. “Fight as a soldier. Lead as a general. Rise as a legend.”

The website also notes that the game features “Controller-based gameplay enhanced by Kinect,” which is different to the Kinect exclusive gameplay that was suggested during the game’s E3 2011 reveal. Last month rumors suggested that Ryse will be a launch title for Xbox One alongside Forza 5.
