Crytek has assured fans that their missing Kinect brawler, Ryse, is still in development and is going to be “rock-solid.”
Company CEO Cevat Yerli said that the title is ”one of my personal darlings so it’s going to be rock-solid and strong.” The game was first unveiled at E3 2011, but was strangely absent from this year’s event. Microsoft’s Phil Spencer revealed that the reason for the game missing the show was because it simply wasn’t ready.
“We’re still working with Crytek, we’re still extremely committed to the relationship, but we want to make sure that we’re putting our best foot forward every time we show the game,” he said. “You’ll see more about that game, no doubt.”
