Crytek’s Free-to-Play First-Person Shooter Warface Coming to Xbox 360 in 2014

Posted on August 28, 2013 AT 03:28pm

Crytek’s free-to-play first-person shooter Warface is coming to Xbox 360 early 2014, the company announced today.

The possibility that Warface would come to home consoles was teased about this time last year. The Xbox 360 version will remain free-to-play, but will still require an Xbox Live Gold account to play.

According to Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli, the free-to-play model is one the company plans to explore beyond Warface.
