It’s hard to imagine Cyberpunk 2077 launching any time soon, but a Turkish publisher is getting our hopes up for a potential 2019 release.

The Turkish publisher Bilkom, known for publishing CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher series for the region, recently posted about Cyberpunk 2077 on Twitter, which included “2019” as an apparent release year. The tweet has since been removed, but VG 24/7 Turkey managed to grab a screenshot showing the date.

As with any leak, this should be met with a modest dose of skepticism. Even though the source is legitimate, the post could have been a mistake, and CD Projekt Red has yet to comment on it.

Following Cyberpunk 2077‘s E3 2018 presentation, we learned that the build debuted at the show was pre-alpha, which, for a game of that depth, would suggest fans won’t see it launch for a very long time. That said, other hints have teased a potential 2019 release for the game, and its recent public gameplay reveal showcased a game that looked very much ready for prime time.

Nick didn’t start gaming until mid-2006. Once his parents finally allowed a console into the house, it was all uphill from there. Starting out with a PS2, he grew an affinity for Sony consoles and moved on to the PS3, and now the PS4. He keeps his gaming palette wide, but, gun to his head, he’d have to say shooters are his genre of choice. Find him on Twitter @idole808
