Namco Bandai has nailed down the official release date for Dark Souls 2 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 at its Tokyo Game Show event earlier today.

The publisher announced that FromSoftware’s latest title will be available for both consoles from March 11, 2014 in North America and March 14, 2014 in Europe. A PC release will occur “shortly after the console versions.”

Those of you interested in throwing down a few more coins for the game should take a look at the Collector’s Edition, which includes a 12-inch Warrior Knight statue, artbook, map, and the official Dark Souls 2 soundtrack. There will also be a Black Armor Edition available at launch, which comes in a Steelbook case and includes the official soundtrack.

Also shown at TGS was a new trailer for the game, which includes Dark Souls 2‘s new slogan, “Go Beyond Death.” You can check it out below.
