Dark Souls II PlayStation 3 Beta Rescheduled for November 9

Posted on October 29, 2013 AT 11:03am

The next round of Dark Souls II beta testing on PS3 will kick off November 10, Namco Bandai announced.

The revised schedule for their Dark Souls II beta testing on PlayStation 3 follows its failure to launch this weekend for North American and South American participants. Users reported issues logging onto serves, and once Namco Bandai looked into the matter, they discovered that—for reasons not disclosed—neither region would be able to log in and thus participate.

Instead, all previous participants plus any new ones there’s still space for will get a new chance to risk life and limb beginning 11:00 p.m. PT on November 9 through 2:00 a.m. November 10 PT and 2:00 a.m. ET on November 10 through 5:00 a.m. that same day.

Dark Souls II launches in full March 11, 2014 in North America and March 14, 2014 in PAL regisions for Windows PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
