THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games have shared their post-launch plans for Darksiders III.
The plan is to release two DLCs for the game following its November launch that will introduce new playable areas, new challenges, puzzles, items, and enemies.
First up is The Crucible, in which a strange entity has requested Fury’s presence to test her skills in battle. Upon accepting the invitation, Fury gains access to a new location known as the Crucible and is tasked with defeating multiple waves of enemies. Successfully completing this challenge will unlock new rewards and items.
The second of the two announced DLCs is titled Keepers of the Void and sees Fury traveling into the Serpent Holes to remove an ancient threat that resides there. While in the Serpent Holes, Fury must complete new puzzles and take on new enemies to unlock new weapons from the Hollows and the powerful Abyssal Armor.
Earlier this week, THQ Nordic released the first in a new series of lore videos for the upcoming entry that focused on The Charred Council.
Darksiders III launches November 27th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
