In the latest episode of DC All Access, Batman: Arkham Origins creative director Eric Holmes and game director Benoit Richer talk about the Cold, Cold Heart DLC’s new additions over footage that’s equally new.

Batman’s recently revealed EX Suit, the duo discussed, comes with a new suite of Bat-themed abilities, including a heated glove to smash through icy barriers. Said glove can also charge up batarangs and free frozen allies from their frozen captivity.

According to the two directors, this Mr. Freeze origin story DLC will also include another well known Batman character, since the cold-loving villain is a “solo operator” who doesn’t command an army of hired thugs. As for where it fits in narratively, the single-player add-on is set a week after the events of Arkham Origins.

Cold, Cold Heart hits PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 later this month on April 22.
