THE BUZZ: Sony Online entertainment is celebrating DC Universe Online’s one year anniversary by offering a free in-game item.

All players will receive ”a special one-of-a-kind One Year Anniversary Cape that features a number ’1′ on the back.” In order to get the item you must complete the quest that appears in your mission log.

EGM’s TAKE: Even though it’s only a cape, it’s free, so you can’t really complain.
