THE BUZZ: Techland has announced that the first piece of DLC for Dead Island, known as Bloodbath Arena, has been delayed so that the team can continue bug fixing on the main game.
The DLC was originally supposed to release this month and no new release date has been set.
“We are working hard to make the Bloodbath Arena DLC available as soon as possible,” it said on Facebook. “However, due to further polishing of the main game the finalization of the DLC code has been delayed.”
“We know that many fans are eagerly waiting for it and apologize for any inconvenience. We expect to announce a release update next week.”
EGM’s TAKE: We think its wise that Techland squash as many bugs as possible before potentially introducing more.
