Dead Island

THE BUZZ: The trophy list for the Dead Island DLC, Bloodbath Arena, has been revealed. The new add-on introduces four new arenas, and a new weapon known as the Brain Wave Bomb. XP earned in the arena can be carried over into the main campaign. Bloodbath Arena will be free to fans that purchased the Collectors Edition of the game. No price has been set for everyone else.

The trophies include:

Bronze: Wave And Smile

Survive a wave of enemies in any Arena.

Silver: Extreme Firefighting

Set 5 enemies on fire and then kill them with explosives.

Bronze: Out of honey? Chew beess

Survive 5 waves using only your fists and legs.

Bronze: Complete a set

Kill enemies of 6 different types during a single round.

Bronze: Looking for trouble

Survive 5 waves in each of the 4 Arenas.

Bronze: Stick it to the enemy

Survive 15 consecutive waves using analog combat controls.

Bronze: Gladiator school

Survive 15 waves with each of the 4 characters.

Bronze: Fancy

Survive 10 consecutive waves using only custom weapons.

Silver: Morituri te salutant

Survive 30 consecutive waves with at least one co-op player.

Silver: Death Incarnate

Survive wave 30.

EGM’s TAKE: By the look of this list, Bloodbath Arena lives up to its name with plenty of bang for your buck. Here’s hoping the content isn’t prohibitively overpriced to those who weren’t lucky enough to score the Special Edition.
