Dead Island Jason Voorhees Easter Egg

THE BUZZ: An awesome new Easter egg has been uncovered in Dead Island that brings you face to face with Jason Voorhees.

If you’re a fan of horror films then there’s a good chance that you have heard of him. Jason is the crazed hockey-mask wearing killer from the “Friday the 13th” films. The knife-wielding star of a dozen feature films (actually 11, since it was Jason’s murderous mother dishing out the rampage in the debut flick) gets a special cameo in game, including his trademarked “kill-kill-kill” musical theme! He’s apparently set up shop in the jungles of Banoi, where you can find him taking on the undead with his machete, of course.

If you manage to kill him you can take his weapon and a search of his hut will uncover a chainsaw!
