THE BUZZ: Deep Silver has released a new trailer for the upcoming Dead Island “Ryder White” campaign DLC.

The DLC is set for release on February 1st and will cost 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360 and $9.99 on PlayStation 3 and PC.

EGM’s TAKE: The DLC introduces the game’s main antagonist Ryder White as a new playable character, and allows you to play through the game’s campaign from his perspective and find out what motivates him to do what he does. Deep Silver claims that it will offer, ”several hours of story content with twists and turns that will shed new light on the game’s happenings.” If you’ve ever wondered what White was up to, or if you’re just craving for some more Dead Island, then this is certainly something you should download. $9.99 for several hours of content is a fair price, as long as it’s actually several hours.
