Team Ninja has announced that it will release update 1.04 for Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate this February, with new fighter Marie Rose set to be added in spring.

Studio head Yosuke Hayashi announced the release of patch 1.04 at the Official Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate Tournament this weekend. Hayashi added that the patch will not include Marie Rose, but she will be added “some time” in spring. The patch will be released for the arcade version in Japan later this month.

Marie Rose, the gothic Swedish fighter, was first announced in November and uses a Russian martial art style called Systema, a military style that focuses on the six body levers via pressure points.
