Players hankering for a return to Greenvale can start packing their bags now. The Deadly Premonition: The Board Game Kickstarter campaign, which only just launched, has already reached its $50,000 goal—and has checked off a few stretch goals to boot.

As of this writing, over 1,300 backers have pledged over $80,000, meeting stretch goals that will bring more cards and unique artwork to the game.

Now that the project is funded, publisher Rising Star Games will “be giving the green flag to our artist to begin work on the visual redesign of the cards,” according to an update on the campaign page.

While Deadly Premonition game director Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro has noted that he is not “deeply involved in making the board game,” if the Kickstarter meets its $125,000 stretch goal, Swery will create a new agent character. And if his past character designs are any indication, this new agent is going to be interesting.

Spit white-hot fanboy hate at him, trash talk his Gold II rank on Rocket League, or maybe just send him a cordial hello on Twitter @gogogoroff.
