High Moon Studios’ Deadpool and several other Marvel Activision titles have been removed from Steam, the PlayStation Network, and Xbox Live.

Deadpool, X-Men: Origins, X-Men: Destiny, X-Men: The Official Game, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, and their related DLC releases have all been removed from digital stores due to the licensing agreement expiring, according to Activision’s community manager Dan Amrich. Physical copies of all these games are still available to purchase.

“Just as Capcom was asked to remove their Marvel games from download, so did we. Activision’s ASM2 game comes out this spring,” Amrich added.

Capcom announced in December the removal of two other Marvel titles, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Marvel vs. Capcom 2, from both the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Arcade.
