Destiny 2‘s first Iron Banner for Season of the Forge will be arriving just in time for the holidays. Along with it, Guardians will be getting a few helpful goodies.

In the latest This Week at Bungie post, the developer revealed that the seasonal Iron Banner event will be returning on December 25th to offer new gear, two year one weapons, and increased Valor. From December 25th to the 28th, players will receive double Valor throughout every Crucible playlist. Then, from December 28th through January 1st, Valor rewards will be tripled.

Bungie didn’t reveal the details behind the new Iron Banner gear, but it did provide a sneak peek at what the sets will look like. Check out the outfits for Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans below. In addition to the gear, Guardians will be able to hunt down the Hero’s Burden submachine gun and Crimil’s Dagger hand cannon again, each with random perk rolls.

The patch notes for the upcoming 2.1.3 update were also shown off. The major takeaway is that Bungie will be making it even easier for players under 600 Power to increase their levels. Soon, high-powered rewards will drop more consistently from all events that appear in the Director. Take a look at all the notes below.

  • Players under 600 Power will begin to receive higher-powered rewards when completing Director Challenges
  • Fixing an issue where players did not receive the Harbinger’s Echo Sparrow when destroying all Ahamkara Eggs in the Dreaming City
  • Fixing an issue where players who joined and in-progress forge activity would not receive rewards
  • Fixing an issue where weapon frames would be removed from inventory when completing a different forge
  • We have a fix planned in 2.1.3 to address issues affecting damage from 1000 Voices on PC
    • Right now there is an issue where the weapon is doing more damage than intended at higher frame rates on PC. After update 2.1.3, functionality will match between all platforms
  • Fixing an issue where Season 5 shaders dismantled slowly
  • Fixing an issue where players who did not earn the Crucible Solemnity shader could not complete the Crucible Badge
  • Fixing an issue where players could not retrieve clan XP rewards from Hawthorne under certain circumstances
  • Veterans of the Hunt Bundle

Destiny 2 is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
