Destiny

Destiny will run at 1080p and 30 frames per second on Xbox One when it launches this September, developer Bungie has revealed.

“After @xboxp3 interview I’ve been asking devs about impact of new Xbox sdk on perf. Bungie says it will get Destiny to 1080p/30fps on XB1,” GamesTrailers’ Geoff Keighley wrote on Twitter.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer recently confirmed that the resolution of Destiny would be increased thanks to the extra power granted by removing Kinect, but failed to reveal what the new resolution would be. Now we know.

Destiny is set to launch September 9 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
