Destiny

Bungie is bringing four new maps this fall to its shared-world shooter, Destiny: Rise of Iron.

With a renewed focus on PvP, Destiny: Rise of Iron is not only added private matches to the franchise, but four new maps. From the subways of Venus to the solar collectors of Mercury, the new maps will give Guardians plenty of new opportunities to test their mettle against their enemies. We have new images from each of the maps, which were revealed as part of Game Informer’s exclusive cover story.

Last Exit: Venus
An old abandoned subway terminal, packed with small tunnels perfect for heavy machine guns to tear through.

Skyline: Mars
A Martian waystation with lots of verticality. Keep your eyes peeled for snipers and plenty of creative flanking.

Floating Gardens: Venus
A beautiful Vex shrine turned battleground. Use the bridge near the center of the map as a bottleneck to protect your zones.

Icarus: Mercury
A Playstation-Exclusive map, this one will challenge players the most. Covered in mirrors, you’ll want to make sure you Guardian is wearing their sunglasses.

Destiny’s new multiplayer maps are worthy of the Iron Lords

Lord Saladin shed a single tear when he saw these battlegrounds.
