Diablo III Client Datamined to Reveal PvP Reward Tokens and Deathmatch Mode
Posted on September 25, 2012 AT 06:53am

Diablo III‘s client has been datamined following the recent 1.0.5 patch and players have discovered files pointing to a new deathmatch arena mode and PvP reward tokens.
These new tokens will be issued to players at the end of arena deathmatches along with gold and XP. These tokens can then be cashed in at New Tristram’s Slaughtered Calf Inn to an NPC known as Gryffith the Warmaster in exchange for items.
The files reveal that the mode pits players against one another in a four vs. four format across five arenas–Bastion’s Forge, The Fetid Pools, Leroic’s Garden, Pit of the Condemned and the Altar of Courage.
Blizzard is yet to comment on the discovered files.
