Diablo

During BlizzCon, Blizzard unveiled a number of new features that will be added to Diablo III in 2017.

First up is the Armory, an equipment manager that stores up to five full load outs for your characters, including skills, passives, items, Kanai’s Cube powers, and Legendary Gems.

Diablo III (1)

Players can also look forward to new enemies, legendary item powers, the ability to quickly change gear color, and new zones for Adventure Mode.

“The desolate, fog-enshrouded Moors have been occupied by armies and empires over time,” Blizzard writes. “Beneath them lies the Temple of the Firstborn – a place of evil unlike anything you’ve seen before. Catch a glimpse of these two new areas below, and look forward to exploring them next year.”

Finally, Challenge Rifts will be introduced which “snapshot an actual player’s build from the game each week and let everyone take it for a spin in a static dungeon.”

All of these features will be added in 2017 along with the Necromancer class and a special anniversary event that recreates the original Diablo in Diablo III.
